Greg Barshaw
Founder

Greg Barshaw is the founder of Connect 2 Ministries. Early in his career, he studied physical therapy and worked in aerospace, biomedical manufacturing, and construction. His passion, however, has always been for people. After starting a ministry for disabled individuals at Grace Community Church, he became the Executive Pastor at Grace Brethren Church of Simi Valley in 2000. Overtime God transitioned his focus to missions and Connect 2 Ministries was launched in 2009. It was established to help local churches rediscover a passion for lost people, and to support international churches and pastors through sound biblical foundation in ministry. Connect 2 Ministries worked extensively in relief efforts after the 2010 earthquake, and has continued working with churches, orphans, and the disabled population in Haiti. Greg has also participated in famine relief in Ethiopia in 1972, the tsunami in Thailand 2004 and Hurricane Katrina 2005. Greg is married to Nancy, is the father of 3 grown children, and “Papa” to seven grandchildren.

Arielle Mitchell
Director of Development

Arielle Mitchell serves as Director of Development for Connect 2 Ministries. She attended The Master’s University in Santa Clarita where she received her B.A. in Business Administration. Arielle was initially introduced to the ministry when her husband, Micaiah, joined his employer’s sponsored team trip to build one of Connect 2 Ministries’ Children’s Homes. Arielle and her husband have two children and reside in Melbourne FL.

Anastasia Prinzing
Communications Manager

Anastasia Prinzing serves as the Communications Manager for Connect 2 Ministries. She holds a BA in Liberal Studies and an MA in English, and she loves the way this role combines aspects of both fields. In 2021, shortly after hearing about the ministry and Children’s Homes in Haiti, Anastasia joined our team. Like many of the C2M staff, she calls southern California home.

Erin Bay
Project Coordinator

Erin Bay serves as the Project Coordinator for Connect 2 Ministries. She first learned about the ministry through friends who were involved and was inspired by its mission to serve vulnerable children in Haiti.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and has a background in children’s ministry and volunteer management, having served for many years at a church in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

She lives in Palm Bay, FL, with her husband and their six daughters and is grateful to use her experience and passion for ministry to support the work of Connect 2 Ministries.

Amy Bryerton
Accounting Coordinator

Amy Bryerton serves as Accounting Coordinator, managing the accuracy of the ministry’s financial data as well as performing other tasks. With a passion for missions, Amy is grateful for the opportunity to use her Business degree to serve the people of Haiti. Amy lives in Central Texas with her husband and their two children.

Administrative Coordinator

Becca Larson serves as Administrative Coordinator at Connect 2 Ministries. Becca earned her BA in Communications from The Master’s University. Before joining the team, Becca honed her skills in the film industry, bringing a unique blend of creativity and administrative support to streamline operations and enhance our outreach efforts. Like many teammates, Becca and her husband are residents of Southern California.
