The Hope of Christmas
We rejoice that we can hold fast to the promises in God’s Word. This rings especially true as we quickly approach the Christmas season, when we celebrate the ultimate promise: Jesus Christ the Messiah. We were separated from God and our consequence was clear… BUT GOD intervened and sent His Son for us. The promise of Isaiah 9:6 had come to fruition!
For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given;
and the government shall be upon his shoulder,
and his name shall be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.Isaiah 9:6
This is the reason we celebrate Christmas. This is the reason why we have hope. This is the HOPE we can share with the people of Haiti!
Give the Gift of the Gospel this Christmas
The ability to read or even hear the fulfilled promise of the Messiah in God’s Word does not come as easily to Haitians as it does to those of us in the United States. This is why we are so excited to share with you our goal to send at least 200 Audio Bibles to Haiti!
This year has been another difficult one for the people of Haiti. Political and social unrest, gang violence, and lack of access to essential resources have characterized 2022, and many Haitians have found themselves struggling to make ends meet.
Connect 2 Ministries is working with the pastoral network, specifically in the areas surrounding Port-au-Prince and Onaville, to provide practical help along with the gift of an Audio Bible.
Honor a Loved One
This Christmas season, you can brighten someone’s day by dedicating your gift in memory or in honor of a loved one.
The Christmas season can be a difficult time of year for those who have lost loved ones. When you dedicate your gift in memory of a loved one, Connect 2 Ministries will mail a certificate to the person of your choice. We’ll let them know you made this gift possible and share a glimpse of the impact it will have in the life of a person in Haiti.
Christmas time is also a great opportunity to honor those you love. We’ll also send a certificate to the person of your choice when you dedicate your gift in honor of a loved one.
