“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?” —Romans 8:31

Pastor Elberis Joseph

Pastor Elberis Joseph was a young man when God took hold of His life. He had been living for himself previously, but from the moment he was saved, he had a powerful desire to serve the Lord and honor Him with his life. He began attending a church near where he lived, and continued faithfully in ministry there for many years. He served as a Sunday school teacher before deciding to leave the countryside and move to Port-au-Prince.

It was in that church in Haiti’s capitol where Pastor Joseph first felt called to full-time ministry. He kept serving and teaching faithfully and was eventually consecrated as a pastor. Pastor Joseph shares in ministry with his wife, Ceprincipe; the couple have been married for more than thirty years and they have three sons.

Please pray for this church and the surrounding community; the church wants to start a school, and they are seeking the Lord’s guidance and provision in that endeavor. Pastor Joseph also asks for prayer that the church, and him and his family personally, would grow spiritually and increase in their zeal for evangelism.
